Delivery Policy

We undertake to deliver your goods within a maximum of 5 days, with the Overberg Region within 3-5 days.  Later deliveries, however, do not constitute a reason for cancellation of the sale or refund, unless a good reason is demonstrated.

TastekleinKaroo prescribes the terms and conditions of The Courier Guy, and in order to keep transport costs as affordable as possible, we do not charge any additional levies on the quoted delivery costs by The Courier Guy.

Delivery for orders over R1 000,00 (incl. VAT) is free to major cities in South Africa.

Delivery and Undelivered Orders

Where it is not possible for us to deliver in terms of our Delivery Policy as set out above, we will either cancel the order or process a refund. 

It remains the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that there are no breakages on receipt of your parcel. 

In the event of a breakage, the parcel should NOT be accepted and immediately handed back to the courier for return. 

TastekleinKaroo does not take any responsibility for breakages once the parcel has been handed over for shipping. 

TastekleinKaroo makes use of the Courier Guy, so please also familiarise yourself with their Terms & Conditions. 

Please ensure that accurate delivery addresses and contact details are provided from the outset to prevent risk on your side once the order has been shipped. 

Every attempt will be made to contact you for re-delivery in the event of a package being returned undelivered.

Standard Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will replace it, or credit your account, subject to the below terms. This Policy applies to products bought from TasteKleinKaroo itself.

Please note that TasteKleinKaroo may, from time to time and at its discretion, restrict the use of the credit in your account in respect of certain products.

This Policy forms part of the TasteKleinKaroo Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

Preparing your products for a return

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

Where you have changed your mind and would like a credit for a product, you can return it – provided the product is not:

You will send the product to our preferred address at your charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

Please Note that we do not do refunds based on taste preference!
