Only the juiciest, freshest, handpicked organic chillies are good enough for our naturally fermented hot sauce.

We ferment our chillies over time, similar to the Louisiana Style of making a hot sauce to ensure that none of the natural benefits of the chillies is lost.  Because we are South African and backed by popular demand, we have decided to leave our sauce chunky.

Chillies contain seven times more Vitamin C than Orange and therefore it is packed with all the health benefits against colds & flu.


Our Smokey Chunky Chilli Sauce makes for an excellent marinade, especially if you combine it with your favourite spices and rub it under the skin of a whole chicken and allow it to marinate for a couple of hours prior to grilling.  Add a dash of lemon to our Smokey Chunky Chilli Sauce and use it as basting while grilling for a tasty Portuguese style dish. 

For a different taste experience, add a dash of our Smokey Chunky Chilli Sauce to mayonnaise, which will transcend an ordinary dish like potato salad into a spectacular taste experience / or use it as a dip for cheeses and snacks.
